Telmax completed the construction of the LeeLoo Hotel in Człuchów. The project included the construction of the building together with all necessary technical systems, external infrastructure and site development works.
The project required the accommodation function to be effectively integrated with the appropriate technical facilities and circulation areas. Particular attention was paid to the quality of the finishing works, the functionality of individual spaces and the provision of comfortable conditions for future hotel guests.

Telmax was responsible for organising the works covered by the contract, coordinating specialist contractors and ensuring that the project was delivered in accordance with the design documentation and the client’s requirements. Another important part of the process was the ongoing resolution of construction-related issues and the maintenance of appropriate quality standards in areas intended for hotel guests.
The completed project resulted in a functional hotel building, fully prepared to commence operations and designed to provide comfortable accommodation for its guests.
