Telmax completed the construction of a KFC restaurant on behalf of AmRest. The project included the construction of the building together with the necessary technical infrastructure and site development works.
The project required efficient coordination of the individual specialist disciplines and the execution of works in accordance with the technical and quality standards applicable across an international restaurant chain.

The project required precise planning of the sequence of works and ongoing coordination of the construction, installation and external works. The individual scopes were carried out according to a single schedule to ensure continuity and a smooth transition between successive stages of the project.
Telmax was responsible for organising the works covered by the contract, coordinating specialist contractors and ensuring that the project was delivered in accordance with the design documentation and the client’s requirements. Another important aspect was the ongoing resolution of construction-related issues and the preparation of the building for handover and use.
