Telmax completed the comprehensive construction of a McDonald’s restaurant at 480 Kartuska Street in Gdańsk. The project included the construction of the building together with technical systems, external infrastructure and site development works.
The project required efficient coordination of multiple specialist disciplines and the execution of works in accordance with the technical, operational and quality standards applicable across an international restaurant chain.

The project covered the entire construction process - from site preparation and execution of the building structure, through installation and finishing works, to site development and preparation of the building for use. The individual scopes of work were carried out according to a single schedule, ensuring a smooth transition between successive stages of the project.
Telmax was responsible for managing the construction process, coordinating specialist contractors and ensuring that the works complied with the design documentation, the client’s requirements and McDonald’s brand standards. Particular importance was placed on the integration of technical systems and installations, as well as maintaining the required quality of workmanship while delivering the project on schedule.
The completed project provided the client with a fully functional restaurant building, ready to commence operations and equipped with all necessary technical and external infrastructure.
