We are looking to hire people for the following positions:

The work involves preparing samples and conducting tests on the properties of polymer granules, films, and finished products. The individual will participate in analyzing results, assessing the causes of irregularities, and planning further research. Tasks will be carried out in collaboration with technological and scientific staff.
Stable employment based on an employment contract,
Full-time work in a growing laboratory,
Introduction to polymer material testing and processing methods,
Participation in research and development projects and the implementation of new products,
Collaboration with the production team and external research institutions,
The opportunity to gain experience in materials research and technology development in plastics processing,
Necessary work tools and on-the-job training,
Work from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Participating in research and development work on polymeric materials,
Preparing test samples,
Conducting laboratory tests and testing the mechanical and application properties of products,
Operating laboratory equipment in accordance with instructions and procedures,
Analyzing, documenting, and archiving test results,
Preparing reports and summaries of completed work,
Identifying irregularities and participating in resolving technological problems,
Collaborating with the production department on the implementation of new products and process optimization,
Vollaborating with external research and development units,
Maintaining required laboratory documentation,
Maintaining order, equipment, and safe work organization in the laboratory.
Minimum secondary education, preferably in chemistry or laboratory science, e.g., analytical technician, chemical technology technician, or a related field,
Experience in performing laboratory work or research,
Ability to accurately maintain documentation and compile results,
Ability to analyze basic research results, draw conclusions, and report observed irregularities; willingness to participate in solving technological problems,
Accuracy, independence, and responsibility,
Willingness to learn polymer material testing methods,
Basic skills in working with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.
University degree in chemistry, chemical technology, plastics materials engineering, polymer processing, or a related field,
Experience in an industrial, chemical, materials, or quality control laboratory,
Knowledge of methods for testing the mechanical, thermal, or functional properties of materials,
Experience working with laboratory equipment,
Knowledge of good laboratory practice and occupational health and safety regulations regarding working with chemicals.
Experience in testing polymers or plastics is not required.
