Scope of work

As part of the project, Telmax was responsible, among other things, for:

• construction and structural works,

• construction of reinforced-concrete structures and insulation works,

• roof structure and roofing works,

• facade and finishing works,

• electrical installations,

• water, sewage and sanitary installations,

• heating, ventilation and other technical installations,

• construction of technical infrastructure serving the building,

• site development, including circulation routes and parking spaces,

• preparation of the building for acceptance and use.

The development provides 22 parking spaces. Each apartment also has an assigned storage unit.

Delivery summary

The project involved the comprehensive construction of a multi-family residential building together with all installations and the infrastructure necessary for its operation. The individual work packages - from the structure, through installations and finishing, to development of the surrounding area - were delivered as part of a single construction process.

Telmax was responsible for carrying out the works covered by the contract and coordinating the individual specialist trades. An important element of the project was preparing the apartments to a standard allowing immediate occupancy, while also ensuring building accessibility and the functional development of the surrounding area.

The project resulted in a modern four-storey residential building with 16 apartments, forming part of a programme to develop accessible housing in Polanów.
