Scope of work

As part of the project, Telmax was responsible, among other things, for:

• construction and structural works,

• construction of the main sports hall space,

• construction of sanitary and changing-room facilities,

• construction of technical and storage rooms,

• construction of supplementary rooms, including a conference room and a coach's room,

• installation works necessary for the operation of the facility,

• coordination of specialist trades,

• construction of associated infrastructure,

• preparation of the facility for acceptance and use.

Delivery summary

The project required comprehensive management of construction, installation and finishing works, together with efficient coordination of the individual specialist trades. Construction began in 2018, and the main works were carried out in accordance with the contract schedule through the end of 2019.

Telmax was responsible for carrying out the works covered by the contract and for preparing the complete sports infrastructure and user facilities. An important element of the project was the creation of a multifunctional space that can serve both school pupils and local residents and sports clubs.

The project resulted in a modern sports facility that significantly expanded the facilities of the Primary School in Rychnowy and increased the opportunities for sports and recreational activities within the municipality.
