Scope of works

As part of the investment project, Telmax was responsible, among other things, for:

• construction of a new asphalt road surface,

• construction of sidewalks on both sides of the street,

• construction of cycling infrastructure,

• construction of stormwater and sanitary sewer systems,

• construction of part of the water supply network,

• construction of a utility duct,

• installation of new street lighting,

• undergrounding of the existing overhead power line,

• construction of access roads and service roads,

• landscaping works,

• planting of greenery along the reconstructed section.

Construction summary

The project required coordination of roadworks with extensive installation and infrastructure work. Before the final surface was completed, work was carried out on underground networks, drainage, the service conduit, and the electrical and lighting infrastructure.

Telmax was responsible for organizing and coordinating the contracted work and managing subsequent stages of the project, enabling a comprehensive reconstruction of the street. A key element of the project was the combination of improving the roadway's parameters with the construction of pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure and the streamlining of utility networks.The project resulted in the creation of a modern and functional thoroughfare, improving accessibility to this part of Człuchów, increasing user safety, and raising the standard of road infrastructure in the immediate vicinity of the residential development.
